Find my Brownie Recipe here – the chocolate cake always creates enthusiasm!

Brownies are perfect as a souvenir for colleagues, friends or the next picnic.

The simple cake has a shelf life of 3-4 days, is easy to transport and tastes phenomenal as sweet finger food!

Here are the instructions … Have fun and good luck!

Chocolate muffins are an alternative to this recipe if you want it to go even faster.

1. Prepare Brownies without Flour

The first advantage of this preparation: this cake without flour is gluten-free. Instead of flour I put ground almonds into the dough.

Geröstete Mandeln

Freshly roasted flaked almonds photographed in a bowl. You can buy almonds directly ground or for a special taste you can roast the flaked almonds and then finely chop them.

2. My Recommendation – Chocolate Glaze with Cool Effect

For the chocolate icing I use coconut oil, which makes the icing particularly shiny.

Coconut oil also creates a slight “cool effect” on the palate, which we know from ice cream confectionery.

In combination with the strong chocolate dough you can create an incredibly full chocolate experience in no time at all.

Schokoladenglasur beim Einfüllen von Kalter Hund

I use a similar chocolate icing for the German Recipe Cold Dog. I like the “cool effect” that results from the addition of coconut oil.
