Ingredients
  • 150 g beans
  • 80 g mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • 1 duck breast
  • 1 slice ginger
  • 1 piece of Chili fresh
  • 1 garlic clove
  • a dash of brown sugar
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 bunch of coriander fresh
  • 3-4 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
  • Wash the beans, dry them and cut off the top of each bean. Halve them and boil them firm to the bite in salty water.
  • Clean the mushrooms and quarter them. Sear them in a pan with peanut oil.
  • Cut the duck breast into slices and add to the pan.
  • Add some ginger, fresh chili and the garlick slice.
  • Turn the mushrooms and the duck, add brown sugar and let everything caramelize.
  • Halve the bell pepper lengthwise, remove the core, slice it and add to the pan.
  • Brown for a few minutes and cut the coriander finely.
  • Add the beans, season to taste with coriander and soy sauce. Now it is ready for serving!
