Culinary Interviews

I find the transfer of cooking knowledge exciting and therefore there is this blog. I am not only interested in cooking itself but would like to get to know other perspectives and pass them on. For this reason, I conduct interviews with interesting personalities and get inspired.

I myself was able to conduct cooking events and cooking schools with more than 10,000 visitors after my training as a chef and the following years of travel. The activity as a cooking trainer has always brought interesting views and ideas.
