Ingredients
Main Ingredients
  • 4pc Burger-Bunsbread rolls for hamburgers
  • 4pc vegetarian pattiesvegetarian meatballs
  • 100g Beta-saladRoman lettuce, lettuce, iceberg lettuce, batavia lettuce, lollo rosso…
  • 3pc red onions
  • 60ml Portwine
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • 4slices CheddarI also like to have raclette cheese or buffalo mozzarella.
Burgersauce
  • 70g sour cream
  • 70g Créme Fraîche
  • 1/2pc lemon juice
  • 1/2tsp medium hot mustard
  • some salt
  • some pepperfreshly grounded
Basil-Pesto
  • 150g basilfresh
  • 60ml olive oil
  • 50g pine nuts
  • 50g parmesan gratedI grate the parmesan freshly
  • 1pc clove of garlic
  • some salt
Instructions
  1. Overview of ingredients: buns, vegetarian patties, beta salad, red onions, port wine, white sauce, basil pesto
  2. Veggie patties “Beyond Meat”
  3. Peel the red onion and cut into fine strips.
  4. Simmer onion strips with some salt and pepper in port wine for about 10 minutes.
  5. Mix the burger sauce with sour cream, créme fraîche, lemon juice, some mustard and pepper, salt.
  6. Wash the salad and pat dry.
  7. Fry vegan patties in a pan with a little rapeseed oil on both sides for 3 minutes.
  8. Briefly bake the buns in the oven or toast them in a toaster.Then spread the white sauce on the halves of the buns.
  9. Cover with salad and then the port onions.
  10. Place the roasted patties on it.
  11. Melt the cheddar briefly in a pan. Pour the hot cheese from the pan directly onto the burgers.Using a hand-held blender or other suitable blender, break the pesto ingredients into small pieces and place a good tablespoonful of each on the burgers.
  12. Close with the upper half of the buns and finish.Enjoy your meal!
