Pizza Dough:
  • 500g flourI use type 405
  • 30g yeast or 1 pack dry yeastfresh yeast is best
  • 3pinches sugarI use brown sugar
  • 230 – 250ml lukewarm wateror mineral water
  • 4tbs oliv oil
  • 1/4tsp salt
Tomato Sauce
  • 1can canned tomatoes
  • 1pc onions
  • 1pc clove if garlic
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • some sugar
  • some thymeor Oregano
  • 1pc tomato
  • 1can chopped tomatoes
  • 5pinches salt
  • 5pinches black pepper
  • 3pinches sugar
  • 100g fresh basil leaves
  • 1pc yellow onions
  • 2pc red bell pepper
  • 2-3packages Mozzarellasee table
  • 1twig rosemary
  • 1pinch chilli
  • 1tbs oliv oilor herb oil
  1. Preheat the oven to 30 °C. Follow my tip in the article. Sieve the flour fresh and put it in a mixing bowl, add the remaining ingredients for the yeast dough.
  2. Process the dough with the kneading hooks.
  3. Form the dough into a ball.
  4. Place the dough in the bowl, cover with a cloth and put in the oven for 30 minutes.
  5. Prepare the tomato sauce: You can season the chunky tomatoes directly with salt, pepper and sugar or sweat an onion-garlic mixture and refine the tomato sauce accordingly.
  6. Cut the tomato into thin slices for the topping.
  7. Cut the peeled onion into thin slices.
  8. Cut the peppers into thin strips.
  9. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
  10. Remove the mozzarella from the packaging, dry and grate coarsely or pluck finely.
  11. Remove the leaves from the basil collar.
  12. After 30 minutes the dough volume has doubled.
  13. Remove the pizza dough from the oven and knead with your hands. Use some flour if necessary. Prepare the pizza either on the baking tray with baking paper or with coated pizza trays. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2-3 mm and place it on the trays.
  14. Place the baking tray or pizza tray with the dough back in the oven and leave to rise at 30° C for at least 15 minutes.
  15. Remove the pizza trays from the oven and preheat the oven to 220°C top/bottom heat or combination hot air. Spread the prepared tomatoes thinly on the pizza dough.
  16. Place mushrooms and prepared vegetables on top according to taste.
  17. Spread the basil leaves over the pizza topping.
  18. Finally, cover with the grated cheese.
  19. Now bake in the oven, the cooking time is 10-15 minutes. Depending on how much power your stove has.
  20. Serve quickly, I like to cut into pieces before serving!
