Pizza Dough
  • 500g flourI take type 405
  • 30g yeast or 1 pack dry yeastI prefer fresh yeast
  • 3pinches sugarI use brown sugar
  • 230 – 250ml lukewarm wateror mineral water
  • 4tbs oliv oil
  • 1/4tsp salt
Tomaten Sauce
  • 1can tomatoes
  • 1pc onion
  • 1pc clove of garlic
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • some sugar
  • some thymeor Oregano
  • 1pc tomatoa big one
  • 1can chopped tomatoes
  • 5pinches salt
  • 5pinches black pepper
  • 3pinches sugar
  • 100g fresh mushrooms
  • 15pc black olives
  • 2-3packages Mozzarellasee cheese table
  • 1twig rosemary
  • 1pinch chilli flakes
  • 1tbs oliv oilor herb oil
  • 100-150g ham
  1. Preheat the oven to approx. 30 °C. You can switch on the light in the oven, as a rule the temperature development is sufficient. Sieve the flour freshly through a fine sieve and place in a mixing bowl, adding the remaining ingredients for the yeast dough.
  2. Mix the dough with a hand mixer and knead.
  3. Then shape the dough into a ball with your hands.
  4. Place the dough back in the bowl, cover with a cloth and put in the oven for 30 minutes.
  5. Prepare the tomato topping: You can season the chunky tomatoes directly with salt, pepper and sugar or sweat a mixture of onion cubes and garlic cubes and refine the tomato sauce accordingly.
  6. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
  7. Then cut the mushrooms into thin strips.
  8. Remove the leaves from the basil collar.
  9. Remove the buffalo mozzarella from the packaging, then dry and grate coarsely or pluck finely.
  10. After 30 minutes, the dough volume has loosely doubled in the warm oven.
  11. Remove the pizza dough from the oven and knead with your hands. Add flour if necessary. Shape the dough into a ball and then shape into a flat cake with your hands.
  12. Now you have to make up your mind! Prepare the dough either on the baking tray with baking paper or with coated pizza trays. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2-3 mm on baking paper and lay it on the trays.
  13. Put the baking tray or pizza tray with the dough back in the oven and leave to rise at 30° C for at least 15 minutes.
  14. Remove the pizza trays from the oven and preheat the oven to 220°C top/bottom heat or combination hot air. Spread the prepared tomatoes thinly on the pizza dough.
  15. Sprinkle the mushroom strips on top.
  16. Cover with ham, black olives, basil leaves.
  17. Finally, cover with the grated cheese.
  18. Now bake in the oven, the cooking time is 10-15 minutes, then serve quickly! Bon appetito!
