Ingredients
  • 180 g duck legs
  • 1 bunch of soup vegetables
  • garlic
  • 1 apple
  • a little thyme
  • a little sage
  • a dash of red wine heavy
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • salt
  • pepper black, grounded

Wash the duck legs, dry them and lay them in a roasting pan.

Preheat the oven to 170°C circulating air. Wash and cut the vegetables into small pieces.

Halve and peel the garlic, cut the apples into quarters.

Add the vegetables, the garlic and the apples to the duck legs. Spread the herbs on the vegetables and the duck legs. Season with salt and pepper und put the pan into the oven.

Deglaze with the red wine after 20 minutes and cook  for another 50 minutes until soft.

Remove the duck legs from the pan, reduce the sauce, and serve quickly with different side dishes.

You can also cook this recipe without the soup vegetables, herbs, the wine and the stock if you don't want to have a sauce.
