Brownies are great snacks for colleagues, friends or a picnic. The chocolate cake has a shelf life of 3-4 days, is easy to transport and can be eaten as a sweet finger food.

My Brownie recipe is prepared without flour and is therefore gluten-free. Instead of flour I add ground almonds to the dough. For the chocolate icing I use coconut fat, which makes the icing particularly shiny.

In combination with the strong chocolate dough you can create an incredibly full chocolate experience in no time at all.

Ingredients
Brownie
  • 250 g dark chocolate dark chocolate or dark block chocolate
  • 250 g Butter I use room-warm butter.
  • 4 pc eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 50 ml milk
  • 200 g grounded almonds
  • 5 tbs cacao
Chocolate Glaze
  • 250 g dark chocolate dark chocolate or dark block chocolate
  • 30 g coconut fat

Brownie prepare
  1. Cut the dark chocolate into small pieces and melt in a water bath.
  2. Preheat oven at 175°C hot air. Cover a deep baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Stir the warm butter until frothy and add the eggs little by little.
  4. Add sugar, milk and almonds and mix well.
  5. Add melted chocolate and cocoa and mix.
  6. Pour the brownie mixture onto the baking tray and smooth down with a palette.
  7. Brownies about 30-40 minutes bake take out of the oven and let cool.
Prepare Chocolate Icing
  1. For the icing, cut the dark chocolate into small pieces and melt with the coconut fat in a water bath.
  2. Stir well so that the coconut fat combines with the chocolate.
  3. Pour the evenly melted chocolate icing with coconut fat onto the cooled brownie mass and spread.
  4. Place the cake in a cool place and after about an hour cut into squares and serve.
Recipe Notes

You can keep the chocolate brownie chilled for up to 5 days.
