Christmas Cake – my Christmas Variation of Cheesecake

In my kitchen today I will show you my special Christmas Cake recipe. Based on cheesecake this is an elegant Christmas cake in a modern way.

Today I have one wish free and… through trial and error and long consideration I have come to this fantastic result: The fulfillment of three wishes instead of just one.

First: A Christmas cake thanks to speculoos and a Christmas cherry with cinnamon. – Secondly, a reminder of my favourite dessert, crème brûlée. – Three, my absolute favorite, cheesecake.

So I can enjoy Christmas, because what has been baked with love and inspiration not only delights my palate, but also opens my heart

Coconut Balls

Coconut Balls, Recipe for homemade Raffaello in three Variations incl. vegan

Here I show you my Coconut Balls recipe. The wonderful, white coconut balls taste all year round and delight family members and guests.

Since there are already so many round ball recipes, I developed a new creation and added white chocolate for it. The chocolate gives the wonderballs a stunning aroma.

Today you can leave the Belgian chocolate box in the cupboard for a change. 🙂

What is the perfect occasion for the homemade coconut praline? Surprise your guests in the afternoon, or rich white balls as a mini dessert in the evening. With me, the homemade Raffaelo balls are already an Advent and Christmasevergreen and everyone who comes by wants to snack the little “snowballs”.

Tatarata… it comes my Angels’ Eyes recipe. A fanfare for a wonderful hussar doughnut recipe, which is easy to bake.

Advent, Advent the baking time for cookies is finally here and with it heavenly messengers like the angels’ eyes. A tender shortbread, which shines through its currant jelly filling like the eyes of the children at the Christmas presents.

Angels’ eyes are a shining attraction on the Christmas cookie platter!

Honestly, I am so fond of these fine biscuits that I often bake them to the family for coffee in summer. You don’t have to explicitly agree to these cookies, these cookies are round, beautiful and delicious – I don’t care about the seasons!
