Ingredients
  • 80 g Broccoli
  • 80 g cauliflower
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 yellow carrot
  • 2 turkey breasts
  • 1/2 bunch of basil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 60 g Parmesan
  • a little Chili
  • a dash of olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Cut the broccoli and the cauliflower, also cut in the stalk

Heat the pressure cooker and also heat up a big pan at medium heat.

Peel the carrots and cut them into 3-4mm thick slices.

Steam the vegetables in the pressure cooker.

Put the blotted turkey breast into a hot pan. Turn them after 3 minutes. Cut the basil into slices.

Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper, add the halved garlic clove.

Grate the parmesan finely and sprinkle over the turkey breast. Cook the turkey breast with a lid until done.

Serve the steamed vegetables on preheated plates, add the meat and sprinkle with chili.

Sprinkle with pine nuts and pour a dash of olive oil over the meal.
