      Ingredients
      • 2 eggs
      • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
      • 1 pack vanilla sugar
      • 3 tbsp brown sugar
      • 250 ml milk
      • 150-180 g sieved flour
      • 1-2 tsp baking powder
      • 25 g Marzipan
      • 80 g dark chocolate
      • 80 g rasberries fresh or frozen
      • 1 Orange
      • 10 g icing sugar
      • 1 EL pistachios chopped

      Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the sugars and mix well. Then pour in the milk, while mixing on, add slowly the flour and the baking powder. The result should be a thick dough.

      Heat a pan with sunflower oil, and fry little pancakes and set aside on plates. Serve each pancake topped with marzipan, chocolate, raspberries and orange slices and sprinkled with chopped pistachios.

      cooking tips:

      You get flat pancakes without using baking powder, then add more milk to the mixture which should be a little more smooth.

      You can also use buckwheat flour or chickpea flour instead of wheat flour.
