      Ingredients
      • 100 g chard
      • 1 carrot
      • 25 ml lime juice
      • 2 tbsp soy sauce
      • 75 ml corn oil
      • garlic clove
      • a little chilli pepper dry
      • 80 g salmon fillet
      • a little sesame fresh

      Add the lime juice to a closable box, add as well the soy sauce, oil, finely cut garlic and the chilli pepper.

      Clean the salmon fillet and cut it into fine stripes, add them to the marinade in the box.

      Take the cooked vegetables out of the steam strainer and add them to the box. Put the box into the fridge without a lid and let everything cool down. Then cover the box with the lid.

      Take the box with you when you go to work, put the box into the sink and pour over boiling water. Set aside with the lid for about 10 minutes

      Shake the box well, open it, decorate with sesame, and enjoy your meal.

      Cooking tips:

      You can also cook that dish with codfish, pollock, scallops or prawns.
