      Ingredients
      • 4-6 Stück potatoes
      • 200 g chicken liver
      • 4 shallots
      • sunflower oil
      • 1 garlic clove
      • 1 bunch of rosemary fresh
      • 50 g pine nuts
      • 1 bunch of sage
      • 30 ml balsamic vinegar
      • 80 ml chicken stock
      • 20 g Butter
      • salt
      • pepper

      Peel the potatoes and cook them in salt water.

      Clean the chicken liver and place it ready for  further steps.

      Peel  and cut the shallots lengthwise.

      Brown the chicken liver and the shallot stripes in a pan with some sunflower oil, and turn them.

      Add the garlic slice , some rosemary twigs as well as the pine nuts.

      Pluck the sage leaves, fry them in oil and add the potatoes.  Season with salt and pepper.

      Extinguish the chick liver with balsamic vinegar and stock, bring it to a boil.

      Season with butter, salt and pepper.

      Arrange the potatoes and the liver on plates and serve it quickly.
