      Ingredients
      • 2 fried duck legs
      • 1 Orange
      • 1 spring onion
      • 1 red paprika
      • 1 yellow paprika
      • 1/2 Zucchini
      • 6 mushrooms
      • 1 garlic clove
      • 2 tbsp peanut oil
      • a little Chili
      • a little soy sauce

      Cook the duck legs for 45 minutes in the preheated oven (200°C)

      Release the duck as shown in the video instruction and set aside.

      Peel the oranges and fillet them. Put the orange filets and the juice in a bowl and set aside.

      Cut the cleaned spring onions in 0,5mm rhombuses.

       Halve the paprika, remove the core, wash and cut into slices.

      Cut the zucchini twice and lengthwise, then into quartered slices.

      Peel the garlic clove, sprinkle with salt and chop finely.

      Cut the released duck legs into slices.

      Heat up the wok and add the peanut oil. Sear the mushrooms first. Then add the zucchini and the paprika and brown.

      Add the onions and the duck, season to taste with garlic, chili and soy sauce. Pour in the orange juice and bring it to a boil for about 2 minutes.

      Prepare plates, and serve the duck wok. Marinate shortly the orange filets in the sauce and also serve.

      The wok can be served with rice.
