      Ingredients
      • 4 potatoes little
      • 1 fennel bulb
      • 3 red paprika
      • 10 olives
      • 5 garlic cloves
      • 1 duck breast
      • thyme a little
      • salt
      • pepper

      Prepare a big pan and preheat the oven to 220°C circulating air.

      Quarter the peeled potatoes, do the same with the fennel, halve the paprika, remove the cores and the stalks.

      Spread the vegetables and the olives together with the garlic in the pan.

      Leave some space for the duck breast, there you sprinkle with salt and pepper and add the duck breast (slightly cut on the sides) ,skin down.

      Also season the vegetables with salt and pepper. Put the pan into the oven for about 30 minutes.

      After 30 minutes take out the pan and serve the vegetables on preheated plates. Cut the duck breast into diagonal stripes and add on top of the vegetables.

      Add thyme into the gravy and sprinkle the duck breast and the vegetables. Serve immediately!
